Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- To qualify for a return:
- The book must be unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Books that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
- Products returned after 7 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
- Replace the item at no extra cost OR
- Provide a refund if replacement is not possible
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- EFT (if applicable)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
To request an exchange, contact us first before sending the item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
